Experience: 21 Years of active real estate investing. Have purchased and managed rental units. Licensed realtor since 1979. Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1988. President and Chairman of the Board for Rocky Mountain Mortgage, Inc.. My mortgage company specialized in FHA refinancing and assisted thousands of homeowners in refinancing their homes with no cost, no appraisal, and no qualifying. Conducted business in several states. Currently Broker/Owner of Rocky Mountain Realty and enjoying the opportunity of helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
